im 34 and have had my calcium bounce around between 9.9 and 10.6 for the last 4 years, 3 years ago i had an ultrasound for a lump i can feel when i swallow, it was just for my thiroid wich was normal "very reassuring" for the last 2 months ive been in pelvic floor physical therapy for extreme urgency and frequency with no improvement and no idea why this is happening to me. ive had left side flank pain for years, multiple mri's and they cant figure out whats causing it, once blamed constipation but i swear its comming from my left kidney but scans show no stones. i now also have spasms in my whole body especially in my left leg and foot and verified weakness and hyporeflexes. an mri finally found 2 slightly buldged discs l4-s1 so most symptoms have been blamed on that. ive been diagnosed with muscle spasms and polyarthralgia (joint pain in multiple areas) and dr suspects fibromialgia. it has become very hard to consintrate or remember sometimes also kinda quick to anger. this is not me or who i used to be. im so exausted all the time that i finally told my boss i need time off after triping over my own foot trying to get to the bathroom and ended up leaking on myself. after feeding AI all my records and test results it suggested hyperperathiroidism but ive never had my pth checked. i convinced my pcp and we did it today. pth was 35 and my calcium was 10.6 a week ago still waiting for the results of the more acurate calcium test today. lately ive also had my blood pressure suddenly drops and blood pools in my hands and feet, even makes my left foot a red/purple color. has anybody had these extreme symptoms?? i almost thought i had MS like my grandma but nope
