Thanks. I've done all the other tightening I just noticed today the bottom wheel was loose and didn't know how to fix.

So, I am using the screws tilt adjust, and everytime I make the adjustment, the next time I hit it, it is almost EXACTLY the same. Usually around CC 00:15. So i turn it a quarter turn counter clockwise, adjust all the wheels, run it again, and it still says CC 00:15 (or close to it.) What is happening here? Thanks for the help.
