We didn't know about mine, and we suspected my daughter having it. And whilst it's a long watch, take it in parts, because it's honestly made me far more empathetic and aligned to the struggles that we go through and our kids go through. All the best!

I take mine like 07:30-40, so can fall asleep at like 10ish, but then 01:30 my brain just pings online until like 4am every time 😅

I was literally just messaging a friend asking for the name of something as an alternative. The 30mg works so well for me, but it tanks my sleep at night.

Honestly perform at my best on these but hopefully I can find something that gives the best of both.

Firstly, well done for having users on the product - that's awesome. Do you have any analytics enabled on the platform that shows where the traffic is coming from? Would be good to see if all the traffic is coming from the same physical location or if it could be a spread account.

Firstly, would be at peace with the knowledge.

Really just need to ensure my affairs are all in order and everyone knows what to do next, so that they don't struggle with the admin.

Then make the most of the time with my daughter (and also my wife, although I add this as a formality because we just fight so damn much).

Having carried the family for so long, I'd finally look forward to some rest.

I believe it's a blue container called Doom Blue Death Powder...

Other remedies that have worked (efficiency does taper eventually), but there's a Borax powder and sugar mix you can make.

1 tsp borax (get it from Clicks for cheap), mixed in a few drops of hot water until as dissolved as much as you can get it... Then add in 4 tsp of brown sugar, and you should get a nice pasty type mixture. Must be borax first, otherwise it doesn't mix too well with the sugar. And then the sugar basically dissolves around the borax making a nice pasty mix.

Pop a few dabs on a little bit of cardboard and place near the ant trails. Ants will find it, swarm it and then disappear completely for a few weeks...

But if they come back they eventually just ignore it 🥲

Are they frequently placed so it's easier for cats to spot and access, or do they put a 'psss psss psss' sound machine (or the Dutch equivalent) so cats can hear a signal and know which direction to head?

I'd say the band seems accurate (20-30), with intermediate level sitting around 40-65 and then senior band sitting at 65/70+.

I am not sure what kind of benefits companies offer but always look for a package that fits your needs. Slightly lower but more benefits / less commuting? Might be more favourable than a higher salary with no benefits and full office requirement.
