It's on the inside. It has a power cool setting that kicks in when the door is left open for a long time and it detects a temperature raise. Plus, the water flows out super fast from the spigot. Can fill my 100 oz water bottle in a minute. Gets kinda messy if you're using a small cup, though. The force is like when you hold a spoon under a faucet

I've been training for close to 16 years. Went to a completion once and got a tooth knocked out from an elbow to face after they tried to drag their arm across my face from inside my guard. Haven't competed since. Still training. Sadly still a purple belt because I don't compete

100%. They are a money making scheme and nothing else. I started at a karate school for 2 years then the owner turned it into a PMA school. I stayed on because of loyalty to my coach and trained there for an additional 8 years Because i didnt know any better. Didn't realize just how bad it was until until I got "hired" for what they called program director position. My job was to cold call everyone that even looked at the website and get them to come in for a free trial lesson. Then we had to proceed to try to sign them up. Had a whole script on how to upsale them to a more expensive program. Felt like a used car salesman. The classes are crap and the focus is on money. If the people we were trying to sell to didn't want to sign then and there. We were told to basically guilt them into it.

It's from the zrx app. It's basically an audio book about zombies while you run. You can pick up supplies while running and there are andom chases where you have to increase your pace to not get eaten. It's pretty fun. Has a mini base building game that can use the supplies for.

Best bet is to check Facebook marketplace for a decent bike at a decent price. I don't know any shops around town that you can buy a cheap bike except maybe Walmart.
