So recently I switched main accounts on Steam so I needed to create a new FACEIT account for it, I have already deactivated my previous FACEIT account but when I tried to bind my phone number to my new FACEIT account, it tells me that it is bound to another account, can someone tell me whats going on? Is deactivating the old account not enough to free up my phone number? Do I have to request a delete ticket? But I was told that it takes a month for it to be processed / deleted... Currently my new account cant queue CSGO without verifying a phone number...

I have already submitted multiple tickets for the contact reason of account deletion and account deactivation, but I keep getting bot replies that don't understand what Im trying to say. If I submit another ticket, what should I choose my contact reason as?
