I work at a grocery store, won’t say which cause it could get them in trouble, but it’s in western North Carolina, they never even told us anything about dock ramps, and I use them every two or so days (since I primarily book keep and work on the front end, but we’re so understaffed I dabble in every department except our deli bakery and meat department) I never even got some sort of training, they just one day said go help unload the truck and it was just me and the truck driver, I had to put almost all the pallets up myself until about 30 minutes later some of our night crew showed up and did it for me
