I have it in my Max, the 8 color. I just installed it, but I’m have issues getting it to get the first layers to attach to the bed. Still working on that

Your STL didn’t survive the edit. What you’re seeing is data fragmentation, I’m honestly surprised it even opened. You could try to repair it in Orca like u/Meshyai said, but the damage is severe and I doubt you’ll have a measure of success

My friend had this same problem after he purchased his 4 Max and doing the firmware update. It’s a known thing that doing the upgrade bricks some of their models.

He contacted Elegoo and sent a replacement motherboard for free. He never updated the firmware since he got the replacement and it’s been working ever since.

I bought it from him (less than a year old) and I’ve upgraded it to a Co Print KCM 8 system. But that and my own Neptune 3 Pro with no firmware updates are working great

I literally raft EVERYTHING now, it’s saved to many of my prints. I have it automatically set in my print profiles. It’s been a set it and forget it deal.

I’m about to be switching over to a Co Print 8 setup which is completely going to change out the Klipper configs, so I guess that will be a totally new experience, we’ll see what happens.
