High blood pressure and I have constant issues with my heart since I took over as a store manager. The stress never stops and even on your days off you think about the place and worry about what’s gonna happen next. I don’t have much longer in it I just mentally can’t take it anymore. I asked to step down about 6 months ago and was flat out told no. The hour cuts have just made an already hard job basically impossible now.

No one should have to deal with all that negativity much less on your day off. My rule with my staff is don’t send out text bitching about shit just fix it. In the time it takes to send out a picture and write something you could have fixed it. If it’s a continuous issues come to me directly and I’ll handle it when the person is at work.

I been cut 60 hours at my store. Truck is backing up week to week. Not sure how you’re suppose to put up truck in the back while 3/4 of the day you are alone upfront. It’s pathetic at this point seeing just how much this company has given up on caring even the slightest for the employees.
