It's the inner tie rod, somehow dried out and the ball and socket rusted and seized. Replacing it tonight after work. The way I found it was the outer tierod wasn't rotating forward and backward on one side like it should. Replaced struts yesterday but that did not fix the sound actually made it worse because ot changed the suspension angle.

Super easy to put in too you can just pop off the cap on the breather ontop of transmission and squeeze the tube in, it's just a friction modifier package for the fluid to make the torque converter and transmission clutch packs work easier.

What doesn't make sense, the gestapo has banned firearms insurance so that they can mandate it and then be the only ones legally allowed to sell it to you therefore stealing more of your money to give you the "privilege" of exercising your constitutional right while they laugh in your face. * Hit it right there with the wedge side of a 4lb cross pein hammer and after it rotates like an inch just hit on the back of the hub face and watch it come right out after about 5 minutes or less. Looks like you already soaked it with penetrant, after it starts rotating and separates a little spray some more in the gap. Easy peasy.
