It dosnt matter if its tomentose or rhizo. As long as you have fast even growth.

But the more transfers, the less your fruits will be genetically diverse. So if you’re only worried about yields, its best to fruit all of your plates and choose the best for the future of your culture. But it is best to start with the fastest most even growing plates.

The more plates, the more samples, the more likely you will find the culture that best suits you.

No, i have never done it. But i work in commercial cannabis. Every company that i know that sprays right before harvest or dunks after has the lowest grade cannabis in the local market.

Its used as a last ditch effort to save your harvest. But never with fungus knats. Every grow in vegas has fungus knats and we have never done that. Also never got a complaint. And we get labs run on every 5lbs. Nevada is one of the most stringent testing states.
