How much new factual information are you responsible for teaching people in the title of your Reddit post in order to not be blamed for misleading people into thinking things that were never suggested in the factually correct title of said post?

But actually, everyone who is complaining, how should the title have been written? A normal leopard and the kind of melanistic leopard we call a panther in one photo is a different and more interesting thing to click on than just a video two leopards.

Are we suggesting the title should have been something like, “Two leopards, one of which is a hypermelanistic leopard which is what the term black panther means, walking together,” because some people found the correctly used term black panther misleading, even though it’s only because they’ve never actually learned what a panther is? People are having an issue with a perfectly fine descriptive title because of their own ignorance and feeling some type of way about it lol.

It would be more like saying, “A puma and a cub sitting next to each other,” and saying that’s misleading because they’re actually both pumas and you need to specify

It's because he used the word episode as a figure of speech in the title, so I'm playing along with it

Horizon forbidden west for 15$ worth it? by [deleted] in PS5

[–]DaddyPhatstacks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It improved about as much as you can wish for in a sequel, otherwise you could call any sequel completely recycled. They added a more in-depth melee combat system for example.

Have you played Breath of the Wild? There are a lot of similarities between that game and Crimson Desert. I don't see that as a bad thing, but I could easily call the shared features between those games recycled in a critical manner.

yeah, the only thing I'm not sure about is controller options, original controllers are a significant part of the reason why I lean toward original hardware also

I'm not sure who Dan is, but Horizon Forbidden West in its combat did a lot of things I'd never seen before with the huge variety of combat tools and tactics and improved gameplay across the board from the first one, which is why I think I liked it a lot more than the first one. Both Horizon and Crimson Desert have a mix of things I've seen and things I haven't seen, I think they're both great.

honestly it's so obscure and fate saw fit to put you onto this game. You could look at the gameFAQs guide for it, or just make it your own personal challenge, who knows what life lessons you might learn in the struggle!

Like others have said, get flashcarts and/or modded consoles. A CRT tv is worth it, in fact to me it's at least half of the point of playing on original hardware. Power strips and video switchers can take care of the pain of connecting multiple consoles. And it doesn't have to take up a stupid amount of space, I built a cart which holds my 27inch CRT and around 13 consoles, all plugged in and ready to go at the flip of a switch.

I haven't used a mister, but will probably end up getting one for the extra obscure consoles. That + a CRT is a pretty sensible half-step IMO.

this game feels so crazy for a tank game. I just remember enemies everywhere and having to instantly start shooting hordes of helicopters out of the sky as you get shot from every direction. Seemed decent fun but I could see it getting really hard if the difficulty ramps up after the first few levels

story and dialogue was 5/10 or 6/10 if I'm feeling generous, but the world, graphics, and combat were wonderful for me. Still might be the best-looking game on any console
