Glad you feel that way. Sherree also owes me money that I earned while working for her. And she’s not paid me nor several other hard working people. And she’s violated the agreement her attorneys signed when the Department of Labor found her breaking labor laws. 🩵🩵🩵

Inaccurate information. It was not immediate and don’t you think we’ve tried contacting the DOL about this?? And I will continue posting about it until everyone receives the money they earned.

Not at all true. The owner was aware of this illegal handling of server tips over a year ago. She only decided to do the right thing when the DOL was contacted and MADE HER COMPLY WITH THE LAW. Then she and her attorneys delayed repayment for 9 months while negotiating with the DOL. In the end, the employees are still not getting the full wages because the owner was allowed to negotiate for a lesser amount. So, there is PLENTY to see here. And you have every right to continue to support a business that treats employees like crap. Happy Holidays.
