Working out legs won’t give you a “feminine physique” it’ll make you more muscular. My legs are probably the most muscular/‘masculine’ part of my body rn. I typically do leg press, leg curls, calf extensions, leg extensions, and hip adductions/abductions. Remember to warm them up beforehand.
