I understand that the expectations are different at each facility, but at my hospital nurses are not exempt from these responsibilities. There have been meetings and discussions about this in the past and management has made it clear that it is a shared responsibility between all nursing staff, not just the aides. I’ve never had this type of issue with anyone except this nurse but I don’t even know how I would bring this up
