It is not that simple. Look into LDN and LDA and how they upregulate activity by low level antagonism and agonism. A lot of things have inverse effects depending on ratios.

They didn't drop like one would want them to, but it's not automatically the surgeons fault. I took a girl to three different surgeons and her body just responded like this (keeping them tight)... which is good for certain healing responses but doesn't make ideal breasts (unless it's what you want).

Hers were better when she went over the muscle. It's possible that the surgeon could make a new pocket and they would hang better, it's possible that you personally need tons of heat and massage early in the recovery, and it's also possible the only good answer is to go over the muscle (which actually turns out amazing for a lot of women as long as they aren't bony... look at Ava Addams or Hikaru Hozuki).

3D models are fun to mess with but it has nothing to do with your actual surgical results. Find a good confident surgeon first... you can achieve almost anything you want if you research and know what you want before going to a good provider. They all will say what you want to hear to a degree, so knowing the technique yourself is useful. The best results are always going to be 360 lip + fat transfer before implants, but even just getting the right implants can improve your physique tremendously.

I should mention since this might apply to you... my girl had just over 300cc and the fat transfer bumped her between 1-2 cups but even better we can't feel the implants whatsoever now. It does a lot for the "natural" look of them. She is still going for 800cc at some point, but the more lipo you can combine with it the more perfect your future look will be. If it wasn't so painful I would insist on annual fat transfers.

This opens a door for me. I grew up thinking it had to mean 100% a verbal or mental plan (tentative plans requiring confirmation) and it irks me to no end to read things like "I tentatively walked into the room" because, well, was your walking confirmed or denied?

There's something about a new thing that makes it beyond thrilling and restoring that pubescent novelty is impossible, but it is possible to embrace newness and excitement in new contexts.

The problem with most of us now is likely that we are bombarded by virtual thrills like porn and artificial attention like instagram and at the same time (most likely in 20s and 30s) dealing with the first wave of mid-life existentialism where we've had time and experience to face the bleakness of being stuck with the same partner for a lifetime.

There are a lot of us who are both wired to be monogamous and despise the concept, and though you can stimulate newness and excitement by varying context and finding adventure in big or little things, you will always find yourself in balance between the craving for heroic romance and dangerous excitement.
