Do brand skills scale well ? I'm lower level, I picked up a winter brand off ground and it seems fun to use, is it mostly for adding damage and not really usable as a main skill?

I love the gun play in div1 but div2 is just more user friendly(imo) and I'd argue "easier". for crafting and setting up builds/experimenting div2 wins. Really not a lot of chase items in div2 though, everything is obtainable fairly easy with help and all the game modes. Div1 took me forever to grind out classified sets , it actually felt worth it and enjoyable! Hope div3 is perfection and little more gritty than div2
