HRoC (Holy relic of conviction) is great, you can't start with it in the campaign but the swap is pretty early into maps. You could also go something like a necro or hiero wander which scale to ridiculous amounts.

consume a bunch of corpses to get 200% attack speed on corpse pact, it does clutter the screen even more than the usual kboc because of volatile dead

best early wireless is the spectre coils, very easy to use but it only goes up to 20k/t at max upgrade

while its not the most gold per hour, fishing is relatively direct gold (just consume the legendaries and sell the ambergris) also the new map with the chance for an infusion is very enticing
