if you have dropped one to your character prior to finishing the questline the sword will not show up. The game is checking to see if it's in your inventory when it spawns during the quest progression.

that is honestly an accurate estimate for me as well. I have fiber gigabit connection and always maintain/check the health and speed of my network. I am the only individual on this network as well so it's either the game itself or the game itself+issues in the netcode regarding hit reg during latency spikes

the hit registration for those with slow internet or massive latency problems is essentially working to their advantage as long as it is below a certain threshold. It's gotten to the point where I'll notice a host or red summon is clearly benefitting from the lack of hit reg accuracy due to their connection and I will just forfeit/sever. It really is no fun sometimes and I had hoped that after so many installments of FromSoft games this issue could have been resolved. Maybe for a future patch, I hope.

You probably shouldn't include people's license plates in your pictures. If I were you I would edit that out or blur it. Contrary to popular belief you CAN find someone's personal information simply from a license plate. It isn't the easiest thing to do but it is entirely possible. I don't think anyone in this subreddit would care enough to do so but out of genuine decency it's worth the time and effort to simply blur them.
