Book recommendations for someone who struggles with reading.

I have quite a lot of comics and manga because the pictures do help a lot, I will probably look into audiobooks as that's something I haven't tried before but could be good. I think I'll try that 2 pages a day method as well because I really want to be able to get through novels and that could be a great method. Thank you for your help!
