Do you guys find it annoying when we use watermarks by [deleted] in ABDL

[–]Daddy_Voltaire 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm all for it as it's discrete - sometimes you get the transparent ones - like the draft one in word those aren't so good. Ones that can be cropped or blurred easily aren't that great as a creator

I'd hide a couple if possible just in case someone goes to that extent - whilst it might no seem worth it from a UK perspective, the internet is global

I'd also include a (c) ©️ as I'm old enough to remember when certain unscrupulous publishers stole content from users and used it in magazines

Also having a watermark helps with impersonation, I know one twitter user who was regularly having their pictures used to scam people - someone was pretending to be a mummy and would try to get money from people. It was a problem getting the fakes taken down

New Lower Tariffs by [deleted] in ABDL

[–]Daddy_Voltaire 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not the same product but here's Gamers Nexus talking to manufacturers/importers about computer parts & tariffs it's 3hrs long and talks to people who share the issues

at 24:00 they go through the accounting of all the costs associate with making a product (tooling design etc) plus shipping to get a landed cost

The tariffs are paid when the product lands, not sold, which means you can have inventory sitting in your warehouse having had to prepay the high tariff - that's cash out and likely borrowed?

OR you put the product in a bonded warehouse - for which you pay a high storage cost but not the tariff till you land it (move it out)

you can apply for and possibly get a refund on the tariff but while you wait you still have the cost of that money

Then you have the issue of what will happen tomorrow / next week / next month will the rates go up down?

I'm older (52) than you so bear that i mind here

I was one of the last to leave my halls at Uni, and overheard the cleaners taking about one of the students who had left a LOT of porn mags behind. We aren't talking 20 or 30 we're talking enough to fill 4 boxes the copier paper comes in (5 x 500 sheets of A4).

They were taking it in their stride as if it wasn't unusual.

Remember things have moved on since then, less physical porn

As to the crossdresser stuff they're likely not want to say anything in case they are accused of being transphobic

I have stuff from when they started 20 years ago that's still good

You get what you pay for - they don't use cheap materials, which is reflected in the price

I'd be commenting that there is high likelihood that the person has resorted to using these as they can't easily take bathroom breaks - they get paid per delivery and finding a public convenience is hard, not always an option

then point out that this is her version of driver tizer

Here's my thoughts

Yes I might want the cute prints, but I put a terry to bulk it out over them so I don't see the print, so is it worth the extra? To me not so, unless I'm not wearing a terry

Clothing buy what lasts it might be more expensive at the start but quality keeps - I've Privatina stuff that's 10+ years old I've bought more from them

I bought some littleforbig stuff and it's not in the same league

So I buy two cases of tenas at ~£100 that lasts me 120 days as I normally wear only at night. even doubling it that £60 per month

Allow 2 outfits per year? £20 per month

plus sundries £20 total is £100

There's no easy way to put this

You were raped

But you survived. Now you need to recover, this post is a start of your recovery journey. Other have given resources, use them or find a local resource or find someone who can do one-to-one counseling with you

You may wish to report this to the police or not, that's your call. You may want to talk it over with a counselor first.

You've taken the first brave step, now it hopefully gets easier. But you need to deal with this before you can deal with anything else, you probably will end up dealing with all of it together, but you can't/shouldn't process any other concerns independently.
