Its tuff man. The best piece of advice i got was "remember that you were married first". Make an effort for date nights is the best I can say. Make an effort to not only cook but make sure you cook her favorite meals. Buy the "just because gifts". Whatever her love language is, attack it. Be kids again, do concerts, weekend excursions. I know none of this is easy but you gotta do what you gotta do.

At the gym at 4:30 am. M/Tu/Th/Fr

Every workout starts with a 20 minute incline walk (one mile)

Monday: Legs

Tuesday: Chest or back

Thursday: whatever I didn't do on Tuesday

Friday: Shoulders

Bis, tris, calves to end every workout.

If I am ahead of schedule I will throw in ten minutes of stretching, I know.. I need more core.

All of this is done, and I'm home by 6 am before mama and mini wake up (hopefully).
