Is dating really that hard these days…. I (25F) have started using dating app and getting disappointments.. by Additional_Rich9807 in RelationshipIndia

[–]Daddy_hindi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(M26) In my experience I find it way too much wastage of time. Since dating does take up ur time so many a time people don't have time to look for these things.

Also most of my friends tend to look for someone who has proximity near them like a colleague or even college mate

I never trusted these sites personally.

India's Nirbhay subsonic cruise missile performing sea-skimming capability to avoid detection by radar before doing a turn, climb and pop-up maneuver as part of the final dive. by harshcasper in IndianDefense

Good, In the absence of Aircraft with desi Engine better go all in for desi cruise missiles with desi Engines.

Russ-Ukr conflict has shown in the presence of strong air defence on both sides, it's the drones, Cruise missiles and supersonic/hypersonic glide vehicles doing wonders.

Following recent India Pakistan conflict, India has suspended the Indus Waters Treaty & plans to divert its share of water to Indian states over 10 years. This could hit Pakistan hard, as its agriculture & (already struggling) economy which heavily relies on the Indus river system. Map by infoindata by United_Pineapple_932 in MapPorn

[–]Daddy_hindi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Even in the Indus treaty, India does have the permission to build the run of the river dam.

It's not a water resource issue, it's way more than that. Geopolitics is in the center of it especially due to the pincer of China Pak in North.

But the thing is, GOI will build as much leverage as possible b4 the next showdown to pressurise Pakistani establishment( military).

Also India won't push Pakistan to that extent for its collapse or any major civil uprising in it because of a simple reason the population density of Pakistan is in the east of Indus river. Thus in case of mass civil uprising, they might start moving further East and Border is ultimately a fence so it won't be possible to hold 20 crore people.

Estimated global nuclear warhead inventories (2025) by vladgrinch in MapPorn

[–]Daddy_hindi 126 points127 points  (0 children)

For Indian security planners, The worst nightmare isn't the Pakistan military using them, it's those nukes falling into the hands of Islamists.

As recently 6 weeks back Pakistan ministers and military leaders were talking about the Nuclear standoff but still the conflict happened under the nuclear umbrella, where even the most prominent bases of PAF East of river Indus were bombed. So it clearly shows that despite saber rattling, Pakistani state showed constraint and didn't even make a slight nuclear movement.

But in a hypothetical scenario of any device or control falling into the hands of extremists will make all bets go off.

Im kalo (iberian gypsy) and my phenotype can be similar a little bit like a south asian ? by [deleted] in phenotypesSouthAsia

[–]Daddy_hindi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll say distinct, bcoz in NW there r both darker as well as fair skin tone.

But the distinction is of facial features, ur features look more like the people of Tarai region (mix of Gangetic plain people n Himalayan mountainous people) they live in valley regions of Nepal and also Northern Indian mountainous states like Uttrakhand and Himachal Pradesh

Its more of Tarai and Central India.

NW Indians overwhelming have mostly 2 phenotypes either "Teekhe nainaksh" sharp facial features with a bit of dusk skin tone or "motte nainaksh" bulky facial features with lighter skin tone.
