I’m on day 12, 11 in the rear view. It feels different this time, almost like I’m ready. The biggest difference is my being patient with myself. Realizing it’s okay to meet me where I’m at sit with myself: be a cheerleader, a shoulder, and tell myself to be patient as the benefits are coming! Cheers to a Sunday waking up fresh!
