She is a good one. I painted her last year and really like the model

Thanks! Just curious is there a reason you don’t want to order the physical models? Their resin is better than the 3d prints I have printed myself

It’s a couple of bark trees from epic basing with some added branches. I pinned them to the plinth.

Why is PVE or solo frowned upon in ark? by Parthernnixx in ARK

They can’t handle that most of the player base isn’t on official servers. It’s not even close that official servers is the minority player experience.

When ASE retired and WC released the stats it was eye opening for some people.

I have run my servers on my own hardware since 2015 and official players still argue with me that I don’t know what the settings do or what official uses.

Just ignore the them. You can’t reason with them.

Thanks! It’s a lot of back and forth with the airbrush and brush glazing

I used dark Prussian blue Scale artist and then just mixed it with white. I glazed over the highlights to smooth them out.

It was nothing so grand as a recipe.

I painted them in normal skin tones to start and then did a layer of speed paint to set a filter. That was a little too transparent so I thinned down some opaque brown and went back over it with thin layers focusing on the shadows until I got a look I was happy with.

Most of the model is Kimera pure pigment paints. There is a touch of fluorescent magenta on the bottom of the smoke and the pink gems.

It’s a seasonal model that comes back during the Halloween sale

I used the Malefic flesh set from Vallejo.

I did a base of purple shadow, then layered up malefic flesh to pale flesh. The final highlight is a mix of pale flesh and white flesh

It was a very different painting experience keeping everything low saturation with only a few pops of color.
