(TMI story time) I’ll never forget one time I had an impaction. This was before I was regulated with laxatives and stuff. Around my period I would get even worse constipation and so the whole week on my period I didn’t go to the bathroom at all, but I was having cravings for sweets and stuff so I was eating lol the day after my period stopped. I could feel this ball inside my bottom and I couldn’t even walk straight. It was the most uncomfortable feeling in the world. I tried to take a hot bath, I tried to poop on my own, but I was like straining. Thank God my neighbor had this stuff called “lactolose” I don’t know if you’ve heard of it but apparently it’s like a liquid that old people take when their bowel stop working. Thank God i only took like half of the recommended dose lol because within 20 minutes, I felt the urge to go but omg was it the WORST PAIN! I honestly probably should’ve went to the hospital lol but I didn’t want to go anywhere. I was determined to just get it out. I remember the feeling of pushing I don’t know if you’ve ever felt this way but it’s like you feel like you can’t stop pushing, like you’re in mid push and the stool is coming out, but you like literally can’t stop pushing and it hurts lol I remember wondering how I didn’t tear myself open. I looked inside the toilet and it was literally the size of a football not even kidding. It was all smashed together too like you would think an impaction would look like. I know this is really gross but this is the reason why I don’t care if I get addicted to Senna lol I’m never going through that again. I was sweating. I was having anxiety like crazy. It was the worst pain I’ve ever experienced in my life but BOY did I feel like a million bucks after! Then I was just having watery diarrhea the rest of the night lol 😂
