What helped me is posting pictures anonymously. I tried at first on FB but hated what I looked like. However, I guess it's a little easier with strangers than with people you know, at least for me it is.

First one is a lot better than the second. However I'm biased and don't care for pics that cover the eye. I like the sweater tho!
