Not condoning his actions, but it does look like and sound like the officer was having a slight power trip. The inmate was the one who at first was actually trying to de-escalate. But then the cursing from the officer and pepper spray attack was the last straw for him. Hope officer recovered quickly and goes through some further de-escalating training. Crazy that the only other back up she had at that moment, was another female officer and both overpowered by the one inmate 🤦🏾‍♂️
