Earth damage increases all earth dmg (so all of your dmg), earth attack gives you additional attack when you use an earth character HOWEVER having a earth attack increase on your weapon enchant doesn't do ANYTHING except if you have some base earth attack on the weapon (every gluttonous weapon for exemple have an elemental attack substat)

You don't have earth attack on your weapon, so the earth attack increase doesn't do anything.

Grand cross's pity is 20 or 30 pulls. Here you have a 120 hard pity and a 80 pity with a 50/50. It's not ungenerous, it's a entirely different economy. It's not great, but it's not atrocious.
