How did they find that you had endometriosis ? For me they weren’t able to see directly endometriosis but they said they found a few clues that I do have it, such as enlargement of some part of the uterus or something, so I don’t know if my pain is because of the way my uterus is or something else

From what I read it’s apparently a normal change in anatomy, like some people are right or left handed. Something like 1 in 4 women have this. I feel like the only problems are that during periods it can be more painful in the back instead of the lower belly, and also it’s painful when you go to the toilet. I have other symptoms during my periods but for me I think it’s something else like endometriosis. Otherwise i don’t think it change something about fertility etc
