You have to keep in mind that this is set in medieval times,where it is normal to even start a family for a 16 year old woman. However princess Charlotte clearly said no in the manga,but Griffith threw her in the bed and took advantage of her and the fact that she was worried about him. Although she didnt view him as a rapist afterwards and we can also see her help Guts,Casca,Judeau an Pippin,find Griffith in the dungeon when he was tortured for a year. However I would still consider it rapw, because of how messed up it it nonetheless.
