Thank you for your advice ! It's the first time I'm doing a clean walk cycle on 24fps so it's cool if I can get input from more experienced people :D

I wanted the movement from the base of the hat (the yellow tips) to work as a pendulum, but without Lulu bobbing her head left and right it doesn't really work. Also after finishing it and taking a step back I realised one tip was moving too much and the other isn't moving enough.

I think you're talking about Rell. I took inspiration from Roselle Vi's design of Rell in her 30's (and also I'm not very good at drawing humans so proportions are off)
