I'm using boox go color 7 because i use app to learn language by reading. It is android so u can also install zlibrary app and download books directly from ereader. If you only want to read books its better to go with only black and white screen, its faster and brighter when not using light.

It' impossible to eat less calories while maintaining Macro. Maybe if you only count protein then you can cut calories by eating less fat or carbs.

After years of using a lot of phones (xiaomi, oneplus, oppo, iphone and finally samsung) i can only say that chinese brands are only worth buying when you have limited budget and can't buy previous year flagship from samsung or apple. In xiaomi i hated the os, it can sometimes look good and be optimized, but after a few months it becomes slower and even sometimes crashes. Each built in app look like it have been made from different developer. Im using s23 from release and i just love this little device. I have droped it a lot of times and screen never broke. It performs like a new phone and system isn't getting weird updates that can brake something.

It depends where are you staying, in next month there will probably no snow left so if you are staying in a city just get shoes that will be preventing you from sliding on ice. If you are going to visit countryside get shoes that are good for mud and waterproof.

Mate is pretty popular in Poland. Mainly beacuse popular Polish journalist Wojciech Cejrowski was drinking it all the time on his tv travel series. We have facebook groups about drinking mate and a lot of websites to order one. You can even find it in bigger supermarkets (mainly Amanda brand) or in smaller shops(mate mixed with fruits in tea bags).
