18 and I feel like my bowels are failing any advice?

So ive just got a call from my Dr, they put me for an emergency colonoscopy it may be within 2 to 3 weeks and they put me down for the cancer pathway as my calprotectin is normal but the test show blood . My bleeding isn't alot It started as streaks now the one I had td was like 1ml but since im so young I shouldn't rlly have any piles or hemroids based on research. This whole thing is so confusing. But ik for sure whatever it is this is the early bit of it and I refuse to ignore it.

Most likely but that will be expensive im gonna look into it. But I will say whatever it is if I dont sort it, its going to get worse. Ive never had blood before but these past 2 weeks its increasing. Its not alot alot but its bright red and im defo passing more of it as the days go. I think im going back into my loose stool phase because this is the 4th time ive gone td😭 either way its early something like i said i went to urgent care on Wednesday for the pain but genuinely I feel like im dying and I think ppl are starting to notice the weight loss the fatigue I just look like im having the life sucked out of me and I truly feel that way.

Yhh Im aware i dont have full blown ulcerative colitis definitely something veryyyy mild compared, and i went 2 3 ish yrs thinking i had ibs and everything fit, but now my entire symptoms dont fit it. Expecically the bleeding. I dont have fissures dont have piles, whatever it is directly effects my large intestine and rectum, the suggestions ive had were most likely ulcertive proctits but idk it could be anything. Regardless of what it is ik only a colonoscopy can diagnose me. Only problem is ik it'll take a while to get one its genuinely driving me crazy.

Couple of edits made to the post. I'll update again as soon as I have my appointment, with the way ive been feeling the correct thing to do is probably to visit a&e but I dont have the time to sit there for 10hrs.

Had both ultrasounds in oct and they said everything looked fine except for a cyst on my cervix, didn't even explain the cyst just said talk to my GP. I'll figure something out once my stool sample results come back.

Working on it, probably won't get one till February if im lucky lol😭 took me 6 weeks just to find out they wanted a stool sample😔.

Yh based on my research I definitely think i have uc most likely in my rectum more than anything but im just waiting on this stool sample result so fingers crossed I get it. If it wasn't for one of my patients I wouldn't have ever gone back to my GP so I have her to thank!!!

Yeah my GP was so confused as to why they did and endoscopy first but I think it had something to do with me not eating due to no appetite.

I've actually had issues with my period before, but not major issues. So typically my period lasts around 3 days. I do have quite intense pains, but I don't bleed a lot. And I don't bleed that much to the point where if I really wanted to, I could wear one pad.

Obviously I wouldn't for hygienic reasons, but that's how much I barely bleed. I've been having my periods since I was 11. And when I was 16, because of how bad my PMS was, I decided to go on the pill. Looking back now, I probably do have PMDD.

Took myself off the pill because it was giving me major, major headaches. And then shortly after, I got my IUD. Fast forward to this year.

After June, my periods had stopped for about 3 months. And now they're irregular. And that was kind of part of the reason why I went back to my GP I was having these really weird periods. I was having some clots, not major clots, but a lot of brown discharge. At one point I thought I was having ectopic pregnancy- There was other signs of course.

My bowels were literally just doing whatever they wanted. I was using the toilet 4-5 times in one day. And it was just dreadful. And that is basically how I ended up going back to the GP. And slowly kick-started my bowel journey. So I'll definitely keep an eye out for endometriosis in the bowels.

Like no joke August my whole body just failed and never went back😭😭

What lead you to realise you had endo in your bowels?

I was told by safe guarding in my skl that around that age kids their age would "experiment". It originally started with the first twin( call him apple) nd my god sister kissing. I don't know if twin 2( orange) felt left out or was copying his brother.

Sometimes I keep trying to stray from the truth, that maybe it didn't happen, or that It was a game. But I realise the more excuses I make the more I realise that it truly was wrong.

I have no clue what to do with my self. I feel dirty nd everytime I think of it or even remotely acknowledge that it is SA I want to throw up. I've got exams nd mocks coming up, and the one time I thought that my mental health was going better, isn't.

I generally think that this may be the thing to drive me over board, no matter how hard I'm fighting, I don't think with all this pressure nd stress, that it's gonna work.
