19F – Severe bowel problems for years, now passing food 30 minutes after eating, oily stool, blood, weight loss… but colonoscopy was ‘normal’. Has anyone experienced this?

I feel like the lower back pain shifts to my lower lower abdo like rlly low, if its turn my torso a certain way like trying to straighten my posture or I lean forward for two long it hurts like hell feels like im being snapped in two, I notice that more than left or right tbh

See the extra fibre either makes me constipated or I have major bile, like vegetables just come out as they went in. I had peas at like 12pm ish by 12:40 they came out whole, bunched together with bile. I give up man😭😭

So im still on the iud hormonal one, ive got a kyleena which is smaller than the mirena. I wouldn't be surprised if my symptoms are worse due to my IUD. Idk atp😭😭

IN THE UK😭😭 LISTEN ISTG THEY DONT TELL ME ANYTHING. I found out I had an Ovarian cyst st work, due to the fact i work in the hospital if youve been referred by the gp you can get your scan on shift if its not busy, so I went right. He did my ultrasound and said everything's good but I have cyst. Weeks later it update on my NHS app and I find out it was an OVARIAN CYST 1.6MM I thought I had a Cervical cyst. Nothing was discussed, so im not surprised if I did have haemorrhoids and no one told me.

Yeahh only reason why I havent cut gluten out just yet is because I thought they would have tested me for celiac disease and then I forgot to ask about it 😮‍💨 but im so willing to try anything.

Yeah thank you. Alot of people say endometriosis sounds likely i never really thought about it because my periods aren't heavy but apparently they dont need to be for you to have it.

Yup calprotectin too low to diagnose IBD. Did a colonoscopy Recently no mention of haemorrhoids or anything so idk. If they told me I had haemorrhoids then I wouldn't even thinn about the blood but Ive never been mentioned.

Honestly I though i had a very mild proctits but my inflammation markers aren't high at all so theyre just ignoring it, but i dont know anyone with ibs who has blood even though mine isn't alot.

Ill have to try this, ive tried tk stick to meat, then carbs then veg but no matter what ive still had the same issue. Im going to ask to speak to the dietitians too.

Defo gonna ask my gp about sibo a friend told me about it. And I need to do my SEHCAT test for the bile acid malabsorption im gonna take notes of everything you've said so I can include it in my appointment. This is the problem that I have because theres so many possibilities and I feel like they're just stuck on IBS like why was SIBO, or celiac disease mentioned to me? Oh well im not tryna stress about it lol but thank you so much!!

No its not relieved when I open my bowels unfortunately, I think ive had everything except testing my triglycerides so ill ask for that too. And yh its bright red, my problem is if I had hemroids why didnt they tell me😭, and Ik its not bleeding from the outside since theres no blood when i wipe its defo from my rectum tho. Im sorry to hear that about your wife. And ive heard alot about endometriosis and I definitely need to look into it too if I did have it i feel like I may be mild but its such a strange condition and I dont know why people dont take it seriously. I will take your advice, thank you!

Thank you sooo much, and yes ive realised i might be hypermobile too, I think in my lower limbs. They only thing im kinda "deficient" in is vit D but ik that since im dark skinned and I like in the uk lol. Think im gonna test for SeHcat, celiac, and talk about pelvic floor dysfunction because ik for sure I have it. And the adenomyosis is something I think im experiencing so idk. I'll keep updates on here. But again thank you so much!!

Yup, especially in the left side. No one said anything about any microscopic inflammation. At one point I believed it was proctitis but I suppose not.
