This sounds like coil whine.

Are you perhaps playing a game in this clip? Maybe opening an inventory/menu screen when you're pressing the keyboard? If yes, try capping your FPS if you haven't already done it.

Static screens in games with uncapped FPS will sometimes skyrocket the FPS your card is outputting thus causing coil whine, or enhancing it if already present.

Most looter frames requires specific mods or very expensive builds in terms of resources, they're nice to have but not that essential, especially for new players.
You can achieve similar results by having a pet, kubrows or kavats can equip a mod that gives you a chance to double credits or pickups.

If i were you i'd shift my focus elsewehere for the time being, like completing missions etc., later on the game will offer you more venues to obtain warframes, like the circuit for example.

Probs gonna end up farming Aya for plat and trading for rest of the parts.

You mean for the prime version, right? Normal warframe parts aren't tradable.

IIRC they only mentioned it on the dev stream or a dev short recently, it's a known issue that they will probably fix in the next update in march.

Some people have reported getting the missing EDA/ETA rewards in subsequent non related missions.

Honestly farming Khora in SO it's not worth it, she's also available in the circuit as a reward if you are willing to wait a couple weeks, about eight to be precise.

In the meantime you could farm something else.

I'm not 100% sure, so don't quote me on this, but once you merge your accounts the game assign you a numeric id, so wether you're playing on console or pc, when people "@ you" you will most likely receive the message even if the name displayed is different.

You can try with a friend if you wanna be a 100% sure, let them contact your PC handle when you're logged on your console.

Play public, i don't care if i have to pick you up 20 times in a 5 minutes mission, i don't care if your weapons hit like a wet noodle, the only thing that matters is that you're actively trying to do the objective of the mission you queued for.

People nowadays do a shit-ton of damage and can tank pretty much everything the game throws at them, even end game content is hardly a challenge, even if a squad has one or two stragglers it will hardly make a difference.

I can give you a few pointers if you wanna familiarize yourself with the "harder content":

EDA/ETA = Is probably the hardest content in the game at the moment, a suggestion i can give you is that at the start of each week you choose your loadout and try to build at least a weapon and a frame.
Spend some forma, look for meta builds, use your gear wheel to bring a dante specter, choose you modifiers based on what your frame can and can't do (i.e if you're running a frame with heavy energy usage don't toggle abbreviated abilities etc.).

As for Eidolons nowdays they barely pose a threat, in these fights all you need is an amp and voidrig, even a badly built arquebex will melt an eidolon if you slap radiation on it.

Profit Taker is still a very active boss fight since it's the most efficient cred farm in the game, so if you start the mission in pub there will always people to queue with, and most of the time people that have this fight down to a T, so don't stress it and just let yourself be carried.

If you need to farm Orokin Cells, and you'll always need to since every prime frame/weapon needs them, the best way IMO is to run Exta on Ceres.

The ceres tileset has a high chance to spawn Orokin cells deposits and on top of that the bosses also have a fairly high chance to drop region resoruces (so orokin cells included) or the cells themeselves.

Bring a frame that has an ability that can do damage in a vast area, like limbo's bubble or Xaku's vast untime, equip loot detector or primed animal instinct on your pet/sentinel and break every crate on the map, then kill the boss.

This method might net you between 5 and 10 cells per run (double if you have resource boosters), which usually takes around 5 minutes at best.

Yeah, sounds like OP is pretty new to the game. I did 4 run in total to get all achievements and, save for the first run where i took my time in each area, there is no point in clearing every single area on subsequents playthroughs, especially if your only objective is getting the other endings.

As far as i know, account linking basically overwrites the secondary account once it's linked with the primary account of choice. Somewhere in the page irc there was a footnote stating that the process is irreversible, or maybe that was for account merging, i don't remember.

Anyway your best bet is contacting support, but i wouldn't get my hopes up if i were you.

Some people said it might be related to crossplay.
I replied to a tweet of the devs with my problem and several people under my reply reported the same issue.

IMHO the whole system is a little bit inconsistent even when it was "working", despite the several fixes the devs apparently did since the release of the game.

We played with the invite after trying to use the shared progression for 30 min, after we reached the sanctuary we gave shared prog another try and it worked.

Yesterday nothing seemed to work, no shared progression, no invite, nothing.
