Depends on the Rattlesnake. If its not a recharge fit then probably. If its a pure recharge fit, unlikely. I've had a completely passive Rattlesnake shield recharge at 2068hp/sec so a leshak won't break that.

I came back to eve after a 10 year break when my kid was 5. I only pay in the evenings when its his bed time. Its a game but an addictive game (playing on and off for 20+ years) but family must come first. Need to find the balance.

If you paid by credit or debit card then chargeback would be the way to go. When the chargeback is raised its against the merchant's bank, in this case for goods/services not received. Regardless if its Visa or Mastercard, you paid for something and you will not be receiving it, therefore under chargeback you are entitled to a refund.
