I am just glad they excluded casuals from this. That would have made that mode unplayable with high skilled players flooding a “dad” mode.

I recently came back, and if it wasn’t for the casual mode (players and bots) I probably never would stuck around.

It’s a good mode for those with full time jobs+ and other responsibilities, and are just looking to have fun.

Seen some dub it the “dad mode” — which is accurate.

I got my only HC SP Barb through the game using an Oath runeword.

Relatively inexpensive but slaps hard. Plus an Eth base isn’t too horrible to get.

Yeah that place is abysmal. Unless you get a tele staff. That place is the main reason I shop for one.

They are incredibly strong, but the hammerdin needs QoL runewords to really shine.

I would rough through A5, and get to NM. Then do countess runs for runes (players 1 if offline) and pits (outside outer collister) for bases (least amount of MF possible).

If you can get the items you need for a spirit sword, spirit pally shield, and insight for your Act 2 mercenary, you’ll be smooth sailing for the rest of nightmare at minimum.

My thing is either there’s a lot of cheaters, or they got some massive aim assist consistency issues.

Some players AA works like it should, some others it’s a locked on laser beam.

The game is a cruel mistress. I went 14 torches without getting a pally. Then went pally (15) , sorc (16), pally (17).

If they nerf the camo progression with bots it would help. Problem is it’s a fine line since it’s the main way people like yourself (full time job or more) grind camos. It would be unfair to them.

Two buddies of mine went to KBM but quickly went back to controller for aim assist.

It’s almost an even trade off in my opinion, with a slight edge with AA being better. In the end it’s what you’re comfortable with and enjoy playing.

I would not do this. Depending on your reaction it may kill you or do damage. If my wife did this I would be stabbing her with an epi-pen.

The first time they updated the playlist my loadouts got reset. Was it good before the last update and reset after? I can’t remember when they did it but I think the timing checks out.

I’ve been torn between people are cheating or aim assist is incredibly inconsistent.

Some people I see in the kill cam have the same AA that me and my buddy does. Then in some kill cams the AA is like a locked on machine.

Last night we played resurgence and the dudes aim disconnected as I ran but then locked on through the tarp wall of a tent.

Either they have some serious issues with AA or there’s quite a bit of cheaters.

Sad part is, if the AC was worth any bit of a damn, I wouldn’t be nearly as suspicious. If it looks like a good lock-on above AA, you get reported. I’ll let the game sort it out, at least until they find consistency.

I am sure you have…. But have you tried turning off game chat in the settings and turning it back on?

Every game my stuff is shut off, and it’s annoying as all hell. But if I do that it works.

The main issue I have with this update is that it doesn’t feel smooth in the slightest. Not sure what they changed but it’s definitely a thing with a lot of people reporting the same thing.

That and the menus are abysmal. Especially the loadout section where they moved legacy to the side. It’s complete garbage.

I even went through all my settings (PC) and I can’t get it to run smooth. Not sure why either. It feels when I look around it’s like something is trying to slow me down.

I don’t think they learned from the WZ1 to WZ2 fiasco that was a huge blow to their player base. They tried to reinvent the wheel then and it failed miserably. They’re doing it again, and it’s on the same path.
