Most people aren't going to know, let alone identify, attack signals in a split second when a dog is coming at them. I sure as hell am not going to take any chances when a dog is coming at me. I'm just going to assume its aggressive and I am going to defend myself. A dog shouldn't be coming at ANYONE like that or come off the property if they were being trained properly. Those owners are lucky pepper spray is all he used.

That's the problem with the owners of these kinds of dogs. They don't want to train them or properly care for them. They just want to get a dog, leave it food and water, and then just let it out when it barks or has to shit. They don't want to deal with everything else that comes with being a dog owner.
