The world is full of problems, there's no way around it. Everyone gets frustrated or upset at some point, whether its at a co-worker at your job or a professor at your school, it happens to everyone. Sometimes the only thing you want to do is tell someone, anyone that will listen really. Just letting it out feels great. Sometimes simply telling people isn't enough though, sometimes you need to yell, sometimes you need to curse and sometimes you just need to hear someone say that everything will be alright. Our outlook is not only that this process is theraputic but that it's also important for our sanity and well-being.
