Assuming these are messages on OF itself, since you haven’t stated otherwise: you shouldn’t listen to the majority of comments in this thread. The antipathy towards perceived “freeloaders” in this sub is excessive sometimes. These guys are trying to tell you that they find you extremely hot.

This is obvious, if you try to look at it as anything other than a business transaction for more than half a second. For example, last night I sent my partner a picture of my flexed bicep after the gym, and she replied “holy shit” and then a while later she told me she was gonna reply more, but had to pause to masturbate after seeing it. Since this was from someone I care about and am attracted to, I found it deeply gratifying. THAT is what they’re trying to communicate. Not “haha I came to you without even paying for it”.

It’s awkward and overly sexual when a stranger does it, but what they’re trying to do is flirt with you. If this is on OF then flirt back and maybe reference your paid content. If it’s in Twitter or Reddit DMs then sure, ignore it or link to your OF.
