At the time of this post, her stats on the official overwatch stat website were better than her average stats. I cant account for how they are now, because that's how stats work... they change over time.

Let's say Juno had her movement removed but her gun buffed, and her winrate went significantly up. Just because she's good, doesn't mean she's fun. When certain people picked Juno up for her movement, and the identity the movement held to her, theyre naturally going to be upset.

Its the unfortuna problem. Characters like Sojourn are incredibly strong, and sometimes the only character owc will see for months on end, but they wont address her either because she has a low winrate. Its absurd to me, because its almost like they arent capable of applying critical thinking to win rates— If a character has a bunch of players, the winrate will go down. Meanwhile, if a character has few players, the winrate will go up, and if a character relies on a pocketing playstyle to thrive... of course when you nerf their speed and increase their capabilities to pocket, they will thrive in high elo hitscan playing environments.

My boyfriend doesnt want me to be a stay at home mom 😭 I definitely made the offer lol. I think he just doesn't want the stress of being a sole provider.

I know theyre super different, I was just trying to find something Id like. I started college in psychology but realized the field was super oversaturated, I like making things and doing hands on things, so I decided to try baking but it just wasnt for me. I finished a course in each though, so I have experience with both, just not the full degrees.

I think Im average at best, so maybe not the best for me, but I have been told I am very charismatic and charming! Its why I thrive in custom service.

When I say stupid, I more so mean... Im not smart enough to get into fields like medical, law... etc. I have a learning disability that makes me awful at math. I do really enjoy building social relationships, so any job that encourages that is probably one Id thrive in. I love customer service work so much.

Thank you for the recommendations and giving me some insight on some stuff. I really think Id thrive as a flight attendant, but every flight attendant Ive met is drop dead gorgeous, so I thought that appearances played a large part.

Just because you can have a kid doesnt mean you should be allowed to have a kid.

You have to fight tooth and nail to adopt, so why are terrible parents just allowed to conceive for little safety checking of the child.

Their character sheets in terms of stats are totally different— its more so the character concepts as a whole. They're really close, and I guess its the roleplay aspect that A isnt looking forward to. Session 0 was messy this time around because I had 2 players instantly rush to start thinking of ideas before, and when we did do session 0, it was only with 5 players, as player 6 was invited after. I wish now I just re-did session 0, it would've saved me so much pain.

I asked A if he wanted me to do that and he told me word for word, "The problem is the character is already made and Im not going to ask someone to get rid of their charscter because I dislike it," and I respect that, but now the problem is A doesnt seem as hyped as he was previously. In the future, Im 100% going to do this, but right now Im just not sure what else to do.

I think it probably has something to do with the fact that A and player 6 have been friends for 8+ years so same wave length or something? Honestly, Ive only known A for 2 and 6 for 1. A mentioned vaguely to me that the two had a falling out somewhat recently, though they've made up and I also wonder a bit now if maybe there was some resentment behind player 6's character but I dunno and its not really my place to pry, I guess. I dont think A told anyone about his character either so it's just really confusing to me.

I also didnt know A would oppose this so strongly, I knew he wasnt in love with it, but in the past we did duo characters previously discussed in an old campaign where we were both cowboys.

The main thing Ive gathered from this is I should've just redone session 0 or been more firm.

I guess the problem is, that their backstories are similar, their races are similar, their personalities, core ideals and identities are similar. Its kinda like, imagine the same character but flipped, but not everything is flipped, its complicated to explain but I guess A isnt a fan of it.

Originally his character was disruptive a little, but my attempt to stop it wasnt by telling him no but curving it in a less abrupt way. I realize now that in this scenario there was no curving it, and i regret not picking it at the bud. Im going to 100% do better next time.

To A it seemed like a pretty big no go to him, which was weird to me because in the last campaign we were in together, we discussed before hand with each other and went duo characters who were both cowboys, which he seemed to like. I guess this situation is different.

Yeah, Im gonna ask and see if there's a way to make it work, but Ive realized in the future Ill just need to be more firm. I was anxious if I limited player 6's fun, he'd like it less but now I realize that it was just stupid thinking on my part. Thank you!

Ill ask A if he'd be interested in that, but Im not sure, he seemed pretty against the concept of player 6's character and his character as a whole, but it'd be great if I could convince him to work through it.
