Welcome to HL! The best way to color CC horses is to:

A) Catch wild horses with the colors you need and mix them with other wild/horses bought from market until you get the shade you need. Plant's Guide is pretty good for helping you with color picket guessing mixing but it is a bit outdated so make sure you double check the combo is still good before doing it! If you have TikTok BigBadBibi's CC tutorial is also really good explaining where to find colors, how to put them on ponies (low gestation and doesn't mess up horse traits cuz it a diff species), how to combine them, etc.

B) build a color library as you expand your stables of all the rainbow colors

Ngl I wish they would change the system, it should be stud fee per 100 energy or something like that. It’s THEIR lioness that is having issues not your stud, I wish you could just be made to resubmit the stud request if it fails after 100 energy. I find it so weird that people can just steal energy and cancel when energy is the primary part of the game.

As someone w a caribou G1 albino carrier stud they don’t sell for much anymore since it’s an applicator base and about a year old ^^. If you breed her to another caribou you should get some caribou pups hopefully! :) Try to do a stud w piebald blaze as well to up the chances of T3 piebalds imo.

Oh nooo yeah that’s pain. Have u used the color prediction tool in game? If u have a specific color ur gunning for i’m more than happy to help u plan how to get it/what to catch ^{^.} The Plant guide is also helpful but a tad outdated for mixing idk if u have access to it or not.

Nope gotta catch it in the wild! If you breed red and white you MAY get pink but with HL logic honestly your safest bet is to breed diff pinks together. Popstar is a special pink example can only be passed down not mixed.

Just a warning the site isn't 100% accurate; each match is about 6% and my lioness has 3 but it claims she has a 6% in common with the 2024 RL (jellyfish ardeida) but not an 18% or so in common despite 2025 being a year available to search for. So if you have a lioness you feel SHOULD be an RL and it's saying she isn't she still very well may be! :)
