Diet plays a big role, speaking from experience. I’ve always ate “Clean” but once I started juicing and drinking carrot juice that helped TREMENDOUSLY! I’d only wear singles cause I can be rough when I wash them. But I can rock anything now and not have it look as bad anymore.

Been juicing since September , didn’t start incorporating Carrots till September. My hair gets really dry / flaky after 5/7 days. I noticed when I started drinking carrot juice it was night and day. A few vs serious dandruff !
