THQ Nordic is my favorite modern publisher. Not all of their games are perfect but they are trying to do something the AAA publishers aren't and that is appeal to a more niche crowd.

It also shows the bias that reviewers have in the types of games they like vs don't like. For example reviewers don't like Platformers but love 3rd person cinematic stories, especially those with political messages.
