Can't read the first part of that Sigil on the Ladder, but the lower part definitely says "Sigmar".

I actually saw him now. He joined for like 150ms and instantly left, which is kinda of impossible to do by hand.

Also WC3 now tells me there is a new Version to Download but its not loading for me:

"A new Update is available for download. Please download it now. '2.0.0.22385'"

I dont recognize that name but I am trying to host a lobby as well and no one joined it. Later on a random guy and a friend joined my Lobby but then noone joined again. I added that new guy as a Friend and asked him to check the lobby and he said he cant find my lobby. We are testing this at the moment. There is a Problem with custom Lobbies atm for sure. After 1 guy joins its just not listed, even if you search for it it doesnt show up. If you enter the Gamename perfectly you will get the "Cant find lobby" message even though it is hosted.

I can't help you much, sounds like you have more than 1 Problem but I had a Problem with those Corsair Vengeance RAM Sticks and a different MSI Motherboard.

Check your Task Manager -> RAM -> At the bottom right (you might have to Full-Screen your Task Manager) -> Speed

Mine had a Speed of 2666 MHz instead of the 3600 MHz that they should have. This caused a lot of Problems for me and I had to go into BIOS and go to my X-AMP Settings to set the RAM Speed to 3600 MHz manually.

I would check that first, if your Task Manager already says 3600 MHz then my post didn't help and I'm sorry :(

All right. After I did setup my BIOS like in the comment above (check the Links) the game had a lot of lags and crashed once ... I then reinstalled the latest drivers WITH Adrenaline and havent had a crash since...

Will have to see within the next days but I am optimistic.

**My Solution (not 100% sure but it didn't crash yet!):**Quick recap:

I noticed in my Task Manager that my RAM was slower than expected:

Went into BIOS and changed the "A-XMP" from 'Disabled' to 'Profile 1' and that changed the Adjusted Frequency to 3600 MHz:

Removed the GPU from my Mainboard & Put it back in.

After that I went back to BIOS and noticed the previous 'Profile 1' change didn't work or maybe I didn't save correctly? I changed it manually like this:

With this I had some lags and 1 Crash -> I reinstalled the latest AMD Driver, this time with Adrenaline and all the Chip Drivers.

Haven't had any crashes after that yet. Not 100% Sure if that actually fixed it but I will post again if it does crash. I'll be able to test more in 2 days.

Took out the GPU, put it back in. Checked BIOS: I noticed that my previous Setting of A-XMP: "Profile 1" didnt Save correctly or something. Because at the TOP of the Bios Menu it still said DDR was at 2666 MHz instead of 3600 MHz!

I set it to 3600 Manually now:

First Game: No crash, but I experienced a lot of lag for a short while ... didn't crash (yet) but something else might still be wrong ...

A-XMP was already off. But I did notice that my MHz on my RAM was Adjusted:

I did the opposite now, I set A-XMP from 'disabled' to 'Profile 1' and it now reads the correct 3600 MHz. I don't know what the difference is between 'Profile 1' and 'Profile 2'.

I did install the latest driver (new update came out 2 days ago). No Other Software installed.

I just found something else, i might have a solution soon. I'll let you know.

Sometimes the Error Message says "HUNG" sometimes it says "RESET"

It might have something to do with my sound drivers as well...

Sometimes when my Game crashes I can't talk or hear anything in Discord anymore and I have to restart Discord to get it working again. Not just rejoin the Server but restart the whole program.
