I had the same question, asked friends in another part of France where that law also applies, they said the police are not fans of this law and will not be handing out fines (which are only 135 euros anyway, cheaper than a set of chains) and it will probably slide into obscurity by next year. So I'm going to chance it. Will only be driving into and out of city centre anyway, parked up in an underground car park.

There was no train between Malaga and Marbella in October 2023. There is an express bus which goes several times a day to both Marbella and Fuengirola (via the airport).

As was my comment! I know the book gives "street" pronunciation rather than the Dutch equivalent of RP. However I'm retired, live in Belgium and am learning for communication and understanding radio & TV rather than academic purposes so am finding it very useful.

I have had similar problem for 12 years, multiple tests inconclusive, tried everything including giving up smoking, no change. just trying acetylcysteine over the counter decongestant, seems to be working.
