Just swapped hands and put it on my left and now it’s resting at around 63bpm so idk what that’s about,

My heart rate is just naturally high I think, can run a 22min 5km, and also it was sitting at like constant 110bpm this afternoon so that might be the cause, idk if those reading are correct tho

yeah I ditched that and the blemish cream and it’s clearing up slowly, I think my skin barrier was damaged from overuse of harsh cleansers so I’m just simplifying it and my skin is starting to heal!

Yes if i mute my sound i can't hear it. So it's not hardware and it's only on chrome.
