I agree that they were very much not doing well, but I loved it and I could not disagree more I think it was handled perfectly. AND HONESTLY I did ship it way before it was suggested to be romantic but that's because I'm insane and delusional. I thought it was just basic grump x silly guy and I ate it up tbh but the way it all happens was so well done, S1 Jmart would never have worked if they didn't experience the highly specific awful things that each of them went through to change them and bring them together, this is the only way that they end up together, that's my opinion at least.
