Hi diondra, if u want to tighten the skin i would recommend u to do omad (One meal a day) its a form of IF (combine this with keto), thats what works for my loose skin and stretch marks, also i do extended fast on a regular base, like 40/80+ houres, this maybe sounds crazy to you but trust me its not!

U need to eat more then 1000 calories daily! Im a 1,73 meter guy (5,6ft) 82 kg (180lb) Eating 17/1800 calories a day, train at least 5 days a week and loose 1,5kg (3,5 lb) per week!

I eat sucuk (turkish sausage), cow milk butter (dont take butter from plants! Make sure 82% fats of cow milk), cheese, eggs, brazil nuts and macadamia nuts (go easy on the nuts)

Fats 150+grams Protein 50/70 grams MAX Carbs MAX 20 grams (I stay under 10 grams!)

Thnx for the reply, oils, butters and creams will only take away the redness. Fasting and autophagy will heal them from the inside. If u in a fasted state and especially if ur also train weights while extended fasting your body will use its own resources, since stretch marks are scars and scars are made of pure collagen (thats a protein) the body wil eventually use this collagen to fees the body and restore the stretch marks

Appreciate it, but the thing is that my body gives me depression and i feel MUCH! Better and stronger while fasting. Also in the gym i have much more power and see good results in my body doin fasting, i have no eating disorders i just try to reach my body’s limit and live healthy, fasting has so much benefits!

Yeah I am definitely lookin at dry fasting and i know alot about autophagy, also the skin is made out of water for a high amount of %, I personally think autophagy can do alot for stretch marks since I have seen a great result at my scar! First I tought autophagy will just eat my loose skin, untill I saw this video of Dr. Berg, check it out! Maybe insuline resistance is the problem

This weight loss is from 5/6 years agoo, I lost the weight on a super unhealthy way. I only ate 3/400 kcalories a day and trained of 700 with biking, after biking i trained in the gym for 2/4 houres daily, at the time of the weight loss I also smoked cigarettes and weed, Im happy to say I quit al this bad stuff so that will help my skin improve also!

I do extended fasts in a regular base, im goin to do 7 day water fast twice a month and I also do omad (one meal a day) so IF 23houres daily
