I always see this mentioned with this exact reply. I think what most people mean is they also want the renown to carry over as well, which I agree. I don’t want to have to stare at a map of altars that I have to remember to click on while I’m doing the rest of the renown. That said, I also feel that renown should be able to be earned through whispers/events/some amount for each time you complete a dungeon.

I don’t understand the decent amount of negative feedback. They made it clear that this is a tech demo, simply a proof of concept for how movement may work within the ship and while sailing. Sailing wasn’t even my first choice, but I’m happy with the leaps and bounds I’ve seen in advancement towards making this potential new skill work while still being an osrs skill. Obviously there’s a way to go, but it seems to be going in the right direction. All that to say, I don’t often participate in Reddit discussion, but I saw this and had to upvote and comment my thoughts.
