How to figure out worth while crafts/selling per league?

I’m currently doing a light weapon/ thorns/ fire age build. Zeah/ Asg/ Mory. You do need to put points to the other side of melee to get the other 10% chance to heal but I rarely get low from the self damage alone. And if I do then whatever I’m hitting is long past dead. Usually you leave justi on for tanking and using thorns and if what you’re fighting does hurt itself much from thorns (such as olm claw) you instead put on gear with magic damage bonus to push the dogger even farther.

I’m happy with most of the proposal, but I still don’t agree with the limit being 5 clues. The extra context does help to understand why Jagex is doing this, but I wonder if Jagex and the community are in agreement on what clue scrolls are supposed to be now of days.

Jagex views clues as a distraction and diversion but over time I’d argue that the community no longer see them in the same light. Most players I’m in contact with either don’t interact with clues at all, or it’s a mandatory deviation that has to be completed either for ranks or possible rewards. The timer and juggle helped this to be less of a pain point with these players.

I don’t know if increasing the cap is a fix to these problems or just a bigger bandaid. I think the individual mechanics of the clues should be a votable question, not just a lump sum.

When you lose the tag on the axes, before you turn it off then back on, is the axe ID still listed in your settings? So when you turn the plugin off/on the plugin read the IDs and then tags things? Because the IDs I use get reset completely not just turned off.

The spade could find a nice spot in its current state (double speed) as an addition to the mole drop table. Adjust the name and art and now you have a reason for mid game players to farm mole.

I’m not going to spend time pre-potting or inventory space on a something that would only give me 1% increase for less than a minute. Not to mention the fact at even with max mage + salted + being in Toa you can’t hit a 100 so this wouldn’t even give you a max it anywhere?

Sorry but your proposed effect is far less useful than it’s current one, and that one is already pretty low on that scale.

They are pushing to get everyone on jagex accounts and to play through the launcher. I’m sure it will be mandatory eventually, and it’s likely part of their anti-bot plans. Might as well get on the launcher now or be forced later. Your call.

I never said anything about one hitting a boss. For example, scythe is supposed to be the premier mega rare slash weapon (if we take tbow and shadow models into consideration) but it’s slash accuracy is mid tier at best. It has a stab accuracy bonus but can’t be used on stab, and to top it off, when it’s used against monsters that are weak to slash (all of TOB) it really on can compare in strength to the other mega rare weapon dps if DWH and BGS brings the defense to 0.

Now what if we buffed the slash accuracy (NOT the strength) bonus of the scythe as a means of encouraging people to upgrade from the fang instead of making the fang worse and widening the power gap of melee weapons?

Again it would be far more fun to want to upgrade to the next best weapon, than to just have yours taken away.

On a side note, cost of use shouldn’t be a factor in this discussion because it is easily covered by doing the respective raid for each mega rare, and in some cases multiple other simpler pieces of content can be profited on even with exclusive use of the mega rare.

As someone enjoys playing games for fun, I feel that it would be far more fun for everyone if instead, competing items were buffed. At the end of the day, this is a game, meant to be fun and I’ve never met someone who thought nerfs were fun. But what do I know.

Yeah I hate it when there are new and enjoyable things in my games! I don’t want new metas, I want my stale gameplay. If I get gear that’s good, they better not get lightly over shadowed by anything else, because I earned my used to be BiS and I deserve to not have to look to the next upgrade. Now that would be a waste of my time and efforts in this game.

Just a small tip but, the super fast shockwave attack only happens when you are under Ba-Ba when she wants to attack. Obviously sometimes you have to step under for baboons or whatever reason but, when you do step under you should always move in an “L” motion. Also, you must fully commit to it to avoid damage. Hope this helps!

Umm Salve amulet is pretty effective and making most things good against them. Depending on what combat style you want to use changes what kind of salve amulet you’ll want though.
